You only got one body.

Your health doesn’t give you second chances.

The one thing you have on this planet that is 100% yours is also the most abused thing—your body.

Most people fill their bodies with crap food.
Most people drink sugary drinks like it’s Christmas every day.
Most people let their bodies decay by not moving.
Most people put drugs and alcohol in their system.

Maybe not you, but for most people, this is the norm.

And the crazy part? Nobody looks at you weird for doing all that.

You could be stuffing your face with junk food, chugging soda, and getting wasted all in the same hour, and nobody would bat an eye.

But the moment you work out consistently and eat healthy every day for a year?

People start looking at you weird.

That shit baffles me.

I’ve always admired the human body—how, if you train it and take care of it, it transforms into something amazing. You reach a point where you feel deeply satisfied with yourself.

Now, sure, some people struggle with body dysmorphia, constantly feeling like they’re not enough.

But let’s be real—most people will never get to that point.

I personally think the internet has blown it out of proportion to the point where people don’t even consider working out because they fear they’ll never be satisfied.

At the end of the day, the fact remains—you only have one body.

The one vehicle that takes you through life.
The one thing that represents YOU.

So why wouldn’t you take care of it? Why wouldn’t you take pride in it?

When you take care of your body, you don’t just look better—your entire attitude shifts. You walk with confidence.

Most people feel the oppositeinsecure, unattractive, and unsatisfied with themselves.

If you’re in that boat, and you want to make the most out of your life—by building the body of your dreams and, by definition, living a dream
