You Have Outsourced Your Thinking

Someone Else Is Making the Choices in Your Life

You probably don’t realize it, but you are not in charge of your own thoughts.

No one really is.

We get our beliefs and thoughts from the environment we grew up in.

So, if you grew up in a heavily religious environment, chances are high that you’re also religious.

That was especially true back in the day when the internet didn’t exist.

The reason for that is simple—your environment was the only source of information you had. But nowadays, because of the internet, you can get your information from anyone and everyone.

On one hand, that’s a good thing. On the other hand, it’s a very bad thing.

And that’s exactly why I’m writing this email.

Most people consume social media mindlessly, absorbing information without ever questioning whether it’s true or not.

You just assume it is.

Let’s bring this into the fitness realm—because, of course, I’m a fitness dude, and that’s how you know me.

The most popular videos on the internet about fitness? Ab routine videos.

They are everywhere. And they don’t work. At all.

I don’t know how it all started, and I don’t care. What I do care about is how ridiculously popular they are.

Because they get so many views, people keep pumping out these ab routine videos nonstop.

They don’t care that they don’t work. They care about getting sweet views and impressions.

I fcking hate ab routine videos. I’ve done a sht ton of them, and they led to absolutely nothing.

Abs are built in the kitchen and through progressive overload—aka exercises where you can actually add weight.

Cable ab crunches, machine crunches, and leg raises.

That’s all you need.

But back to the main point of this email…

I’m just talking about fitness here, but this problem applies to so many areas of life. People outsource their thinking without even realizing it.

I could go on and on, but that would make this email too long (and boring). So, let me wrap it up.

There’s one saying I will always live by—especially in this age of the internet:

If it’s not backed up by my own direct experience or I haven’t personally witnessed it from someone else, I treat it as unverifiable and NOT a fact.

Too much stuff on the internet is false—designed purely to gather views.

Be careful out there. Use your own critical thinking at all times.

That’s it for this email!

Hope you have an amazing weekend, and I’ll catch you tomorrow.

Kind Regards,
Coach Loc

PS: I’m still sick AF, but the Physique Analyzer is dropping in a few days. At the latest, Monday, February 3. The last bugs are out, and I just need to ensure the output is solid so you guys get the best possible launch.

The Physique Analyzer is free to use to assess your physique, but if you want a custom PDF tailored to your goals and current situation, it’ll cost a little—but it’s in presale, so get in early!
