You will regret not starting your fitness journey.

In my honest opinion, the most important journey you can embark on is your fitness journey.

Fitness is one of the simplest skills you can learn, though not necessarily the easiest. However, it offers the most benefits and serves as the foundation of a good life.

Why is fitness the foundation of a good life? Because fitness enables you to maximize your potential in life.

  • You have more energy.

  • You feel better.

  • You are more mentally stable.

When you don’t feel good, lack energy, or feel depressed, it's no surprise that every other aspect of your life suffers. Everything improves when you have your fitness in check.

What is my motivation?

I’m not going to lie—the reasons mentioned above weren’t my main driving factors. The real source of my motivation and discipline?

I just wanted to look like Goku. Stupid, right?

But that was enough motivation for me. Although it may seem superficial and silly, it holds a deeper meaning.

The deeper meaning is that I want to know what my limits are.

Looking like Goku is just a superficial goal I use to push myself to my maximum potential. You only get one life, one shot to be the best you can be.

For me, that means building the best possible physique I can achieve.

I can’t imagine going through life without knowing how far I could push myself.
