Who the f*ck is this Loc guy actually.
Oops forgot to introduce myself.
Hi! You’ve probably been spammed by me without me actually introducing myself.
I’m sorry about that, haha.
It kind of represents who I am in real life—I’ll have weeks-long conversations with the same person without ever knowing their name.
So, allow me to properly introduce myself with a little story about who I am.
To nobody’s surprise, my name is Loc.
Full name: Loc Nguyen.
Heard that last name before?
Yeah, pretty much everyone in Vietnam has it.
Ever wonder how that happened?
Lol.
Anyway, my parents are from Vietnam, but we live in the Netherlands—a little country in Europe where weed is everywhere, rain is a guarantee, and bikes are f*cking everywhere.
Here’s a little backstory about me:
I used to get bullied.
A lot.
I mean, like, chased, spit on, cursed at—you name it.
So, you can imagine my confidence wasn’t exactly high.
Was I bullied because I was Asian?
Nah.
It was because I couldn’t speak a word of Dutch for the longest time.
At home, we only spoke Vietnamese, so I had a really hard time learning the language.
That made me afraid to open my mouth, so I’d rather say nothing at all.
My inability to speak made me the perfect victim.
Not the best time of my life.
Was that the point where my hero’s journey began, and I devoted myself to fitness?
I wish.
Haha, nope.
I started working out because I wanted to look like Goku, that’s all.
But the unsurprising byproduct of getting really fit was that I stopped getting bullied.
In fact, I started getting treated with a lot of respect.
Slowly, day by day, my confidence grew.
With that confidence, I started to build other aspects of my life.
The first was my social skills.
Man, my social skills were horrendous.
But hey, what do you expect when you don’t say a word for the first decade and a half of your life?
Nowadays, I’m the most outspoken person in any room I walk into.
You definitely wouldn’t have guessed that back then.
The same principles I developed for fitness—confidence, consistency, and discipline—I used to develop skills in a totally different domain: coding.
For the last seven years, I’ve coded nearly every day without rest. That hard work paid off, and I became a lead developer at a small company.
I didn’t stay there long, though—about a year—before I left to do my own thing.
And that “own thing”? Fitness coaching!
Fitness completely transformed my life—from being bullied to becoming confident, outspoken, and disciplined. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others achieve their own transformations.
If you’re ready to level up your fitness, build unshakable confidence, and take control of your life, I’d love to be part of your journey.
Let’s get started—reach out today, and let’s make your goals a reality!
