A Wild Loc Appeared, and He’s F*cking Tired.
Hey!
Total random email here from the one and only Loc.
The weekend is almost here, and I’m feeling sick and tired beyond belief.
Not here to be sad or anything, but I do want to share something with you.
I’m here to remind you that you got this—and to pass on a powerful lesson I recently learned.
It was so powerful that I had to share it with you guys while my nose is stuffed with goo and my eyes are half-closed. (Yep, I’m really that tired.)
So, what’s the lesson?
Social media is messed up in ways most people don’t even realize.
And I fell victim to it.
Without further ado, let’s get right into it.
I’ve brushed over this subject before in my emails, but it’s super important to keep coming back to this:
👉 The quality of your life is dictated by your thoughts.
Your thoughts and beliefs shape your actions and goals in life.
That’s a fact.
Another fact? The people and media you surround yourself with will influence those thoughts.
But here’s the problem with the internet: The most popular content is usually the same recycled ideas, so we assume that just because something is trending, it must be true.
And let’s be real—people post these things because they get easy views and make money off them.
Whether it's true or not?
Doesn’t matter to them.
Let me give you a super simple example.
A big concept floating around online right now is this:
👉 To attract women, you need to be 6 feet tall, make 6 figures, and have a 6-inch… you know what.
These videos get insane views.
So, is this true?
Nah. Maybe for some women, sure. But for the majority? Total BS.
And yet, if you keep watching this content, it starts to frame your thoughts without you even realizing it.
That’s the trap I recently fell into.
Not to brag, but I’ve always been pretty decent at talking to women.
But lately? My conversations have felt a bit off—more awkward.
Why?
Because I approached them with this new belief that I’d get rejected for not making 6 figures, not being 6 feet tall, and not having a 6-inch…eggroll.
But let me tell you this with 100% certainty—most women don’t care about that.
They care about the energy you give off.
And besides, if a woman is only into you because you make six figures, then congratulations—you’ve found a gold digger. That should be obvious.
This is the state of the internet right now.
And while I used a dating example, you can apply this to almost everything you consume online.
I figured this out because I’ve been feeling off lately—kinda down—but I didn’t know why.
So, I decided to write down every negative thought I had throughout the day.
And guess what?
👉 A negative thought popped up every 2 to 5 minutes.
That’s insane.
When I backtracked where these thoughts were coming from, I realized they were all from social media—just straight-up misinformation sinking into my subconscious.
So, to wrap this email up—
Be careful with what you consume online.
Always question it based on your own direct experience.
And don’t do it in reverse—don’t try to justify your own experiences using internet myths.
I’ll be sharing more of my discoveries from this thought-tracking experiment soon. Hopefully, I can help some of you break out of this negative loop that a lot of people are stuck in right now.
Hope you’re with me on this journey.
And hope you enjoyed the email.
Kind regards,
Coach Loc
P.S. I’m launching the app in 2-3 days! Been sick and crazy tired lately. A part of it is from overthinking, and another part is probably my current leanness—I’m a bit too lean for this cold Netherlands weather. My Physique Analyzer says I’m around 12% body fat, which seems pretty accurate.
Excited to share this tool with you guys soon!
