The truth about attraction (and why you’ve been misled)
Ah, love.
The thing we all crave — and the one thing society doesn’t teach you how to get.
Think about it: society helps you with the stuff it needs.
How to be a good worker. How to build useful skills.
But when it comes to your personal happiness? You’re on your own.
(Which is stupid, by the way — a fulfilled, loving person does benefit society. But that’s a topic for another time.)
So where do you turn to figure out love and attraction?
The internet, of course.
Just like you, I went online to try and understand this weird, beautiful, painful thing we call love.
And let me tell you something straight:
If you’re following mainstream social media advice about attraction...
You’re f*cked.
Let’s break it down together.
Search anything about attraction and you’ll start seeing the same script:
You need to be 6 feet tall.
You need to make 6 figures.
You need to have a 6 inch burrito.
Everywhere you look, the message is the same: looks, money, status.
That’s the “key” to being attractive.
And what has this led to?
Men who feel depressed and invisible.
Women who feel crushed under the weight of image obsession.
The saddest part?
It’s not even true.
Looks, money, and status are social markers of attraction.
They’re external. Artificial. Easy to sell.
You can post a Lambo.
You can flaunt a mansion.
You can show off a chiseled jawline in high-def.
But the only people you’ll attract with those things…
Are the people who want those things. Not you.
So what actually creates real, magnetic, primal attraction?
Here’s the truth:
You have to train the parts of you people are really drawn to.
Your body — because lust starts in the flesh.
Your energy and character — because desire deepens with personality.
That’s it.
When you work out, you don’t just build muscle — you build trust in yourself.
You radiate health, power, vitality.
You look like someone worth desiring. And more importantly, you feel like it.
And yes — women do this too. Attraction is mutual biology.
We’re wired to crave vitality, beauty, strength — not because we’re shallow, but because we’re human.
Don’t believe me?
How many rich wives cheat with their personal trainers?
How many teachers hook up with their students? (Messed up, yeah — but it happens.)
Why? Because those people radiate vitality. They’re alive. Present. Desired.
Attraction starts in the body.
Connection is deepened by the soul.
And love grows when both are aligned.
That’s the truth.
You can believe it or not. I’m just here to help you see it.
Anyway — I had a great time at that house party this weekend. Let loose, recharged, and started Monday with a bang.
Hope your weekend and Monday were fire too.
Let’s crush this week.
Much love,
Loc Nguyen
