Stop Overcomplicating Fitness.
The internet opened the floodgates of bullsh*t.
The internet has made tons of information available at our fingertips.
But unfortunately, most of it is pure nonsense.
Or, as I’d rather call it—utter garbage.
So, to help you out, here’s almost everything you need to know about fitness in one email.
1. Stick to the fundamental exercises.
Just do the basics.
In my honest opinion, you can stick with fundamental exercises for years and still make solid gains.
Reply to this email if you want a list of basic exercises.
2. Stop following ab routines.
Planks, crunches, Russian twists, etc.
They don’t work. They’re all garbage.
You only need two exercises for abs:
Cable Crunch
Hanging Leg Raises
That’s it.
3. Diet is about eating clean.
Keto, vegetarian, paleo, intermittent fasting—none of that matters as much as people think.
A specific diet is not the magic fix for weight loss.
Simply eating clean, whole foods is what will actually help you lose weight.
Stop expecting some special diet to fix all your problems.
4. Correct form is always king.
Or queen.
Whatever you prefer, lol.
You can have the perfect workout plan with the best exercise selection…
But if your form is trash, you’ll make zero gains.
5. Cardio isn’t the answer—walking is.
Most beginners go hard on cardio when they start their weight loss journey.
Sure, it works—but can you sustain it?
Most people can’t.
But you can sustain a daily walking routine of 8-10k steps.
That’s much more sustainable in the long run.
These are the most important things I can share with you right now.
There’s a lot more, but many things depend on the individual.
Over the past 15 years in this industry, I’ve seen almost every scenario and helped a ton of people overcome roadblocks.
If you don’t want to spend years figuring this all out on your own—and want a system tailored to you…
