Sorry, but I have to say this...
Truly sorry about this.
Sorry, but I have to say this…
You’re most likely not as in control of your life as you think you are.
You’ve been living life on autopilot for so long that you’ve forgotten about the invisible strings that control you.
This has become your default.
If you’re content with this, this email will probably feel like a curse to you.
Why? Because this isn’t something most people stop to think about in their day-to-day lives.
We like to believe we’re in control of our lives, but the harsh reality is that most of us actually have very little control. And no, I’m not talking about fate or something mystical. I’m talking about something very real.
There’s so much I could write about this concept of control—how it applies to our work, our passions, and our choices. But for now, let’s keep it simple and talk about two things: diet and workout habits.
Here’s the truth: getting lean and muscular isn’t just about looking good. It’s about regaining control of your health and your habits.
Think about it.
If you truly had control over what you ate and what you did daily, would you choose to be overweight?
Of course not.
After helping dozens of people lose fat, I’ve seen the same patterns repeat themselves over and over again.
Everyone wants to lose weight, get lean, and feel healthy. But the inability to control their eating habits and emotions is what pulls them back.
Here’s a common scenario:
A person goes to work.
Work gets tough.
Their manager yells at them, a conflict happens, and stress builds.
They go home, stressed out and exhausted.
They grab whatever comfort food is around—junk food.
It’s a vicious cycle. And it’s rooted in a lack of self-control.
The truth is, it’s profitable for businesses if people lack control. Emotional people buy impulsively. That’s why ice cream and chocolate commercials make those foods feel so comforting and indulgent.
And let’s be honest: these big food companies don’t give a damn about your health.
So, I’ll leave you with this:
If you can’t control yourself or master yourself, someone or something else will end up being the master over you.
That’s it for today’s email. I hope this message helps you crush the next week.
Kind Regards,
Coach Loc
PS: I’m still working on the physique analyzer to make sure it’s polished and ready before release. I’m really excited to share it with all of you! More info is coming this week, and it will officially launch on January 31st or February 1st at the latest.
