So I got AI flagged by Twitter, LOL
Nope it's not AI generated

I get it.
It’s hard to trust anything nowadays, especially in a time where AI seems to be everywhere.
But I can assure you that the photo I’ve used on my social media is not AI-generated.

Here’s the backstory:
It was during the COVID lockdown. Everyone was hoarding pizzas and comfort food, and I was no exception.
I ate a ton of pizza, pasta, and Uber Eats deliveries. Diet? I didn’t care much about it.
Why? Because I was laser-focused on improving my coding skills. I thought, “While everyone’s playing games, I’ll use this time to excel.”
So, my diet took a backseat… way back.
As a result?
I gained weight. About 20 lbs, to be exact.
At the time, I justified it to myself:
“I’m lifting weights anyway, so if I can hit 80 kg (from 77 kg), I’ll bench more.”
What a dumb thought, right?
Luckily, I couldn’t push past 77 kg, no matter how hard I tried. For context: I’m 5'6", so 77 kg (~170 lbs) is a lot of weight for my frame.
“Why didn’t you take more pictures?”
Fair question. My answer:
Who could have predicted that I’d be doing online coaching and social media one day? Not me.
Be honest – how many people who are overweight and not proud of their physique love taking photos?
I hated it. Even now, I cringe taking pictures for social media – but I do it to help and inspire others.
That’s the short story of my overweight phase.
I learned a ton from shedding that weight.
I also made a lot of mistakes along the way.

And if you still don’t believe the photo is real – well, that’s your choice, and I respect that.
But I’m here to help. Whenever you’re ready.
