Sacrifice is Needed.

I get it, it’s super tough to sacrifice.

Let me tell you something about sacrifice.

About 4 years ago (I think it’s even more than that), I started my entrepreneurial endeavor.

And let me tell you, this stuff is the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life.

It was failure after failure after failure, and to be honest, I’m not even started yet.

I’m just barely scratching the surface.

I’ve done dropshipping, freelance programming, YouTube, TikTok—everything under the sun that I could think of.

I woke up around 5 a.m. and just started doing random stuff.

I stopped hanging out with my friends (well, at least reduced it significantly).

I worked 12 hours each day for years straight.

So, it’s suffice to say I know a thing or two about sacrifice.

I’ve sacrificed a lot more than the surface-level things I just mentioned, but I’ll tell you more about that in an upcoming email!

Let’s circle it back to you.

You’re probably following me for fitness advice, so let’s reframe sacrifice in the context of weight loss and muscle building.

If you’re overweight and lack muscle, you’re that way because you sacrificed your future self for modern pleasures.

You eat whatever food you want; you consume whatever media you want.

But is that the sacrifice you want to make?
Is that sacrifice worth it?

If you want to get to your goals, there’s one thing that’s inevitable—and that is sacrifice.

You’ve got to sacrifice the comfortable food you’re eating right now and the comfort of your own home.

To realize the future, you have to be willing to sacrifice.

Just like I had to sacrifice my comfort in life to pursue my dreams, you have to sacrifice your comfort to pursue your fitness goals.

And you have to think of it this way—it’s worth the goal because you had to sacrifice for it.

All the little, small sacrifices you make make the journey all the more worthwhile.

Although it may not feel like that now—hell, I don’t feel like that at this moment in my entrepreneurial endeavor, haha—

Deep down, I know I’ll feel glad that I made the sacrifice.

It’s hard, I’m not gonna lie, and I can bet your ass it’ll be hard for you too.

But do you know what’s worse than sacrificing?

The feeling of regret.

Always think of what you want in life. What you want should make the sacrifice worth it.

You’ve got this.

Kind regards, enjoy your Monday, and let’s crush it this week!
