The purpose of this web application is to analyze your physique, estimate your body fat percentage, and provide recommendations on which muscle groups to focus on.

And yes, it’s free!

But it also offers an in-depth, custom PDF tailored to your specific goals to help you achieve your desired physique (body fat percentage-wise).

This is a paid feature, but it will be launched with a pre-sale discount, so you can get it at a lower price.

How does it work?

The app uses AI under the hood to make its estimations. The AI has been trained on millions of photos, allowing it to identify patterns and provide an estimated body fat percentage.

While it’s not 100% accurate (neither is a DEXA scan), it’s still a reliable tool to guide you.

The PDF generated also leverages AI to create a complete fitness and diet plan. However, I personally review every PDF to ensure the information is accurate and aligns with my fitness and diet expertise.

The same goes for the app itself—I use AI to code parts of it but always manually review the code to ensure everything works correctly.
