- Most rules don’t apply if you’re fit
Most rules don’t apply if you’re fit
Yeah, it sounds stupid. I admit that.
There are a lot of unspoken rules the world conditions us to believe:
You have to prove yourself before earning respect
You have to go on three dates before intimacy
You have to face tons of rejection before getting a yes
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg in today’s hyper-visual world.
Yep — hyper-visual.
That’s the keyword here.
Because whether we realize it or not, we live in a reality where being attractive and fit changes everything.
Think about it:
From the commercials we see on TV
To the endless scroll of social media on our phones
We are constantly being programmed to worship beauty, health, and vitality
I read somewhere that average screen time is over 4 hours a day — and that’s not even counting the TV.
So for hours each day, our brains are soaking in the message:
"Fit = desirable. Healthy = valuable. Beautiful = special."
And the wild part?
In real life, fewer and fewer people are actually fit.
So when someone who is walks into the room — it’s like seeing a unicorn.
They’re not just another person anymore.
They become the embodiment of what society has glorified.
And I’m not saying this from theory.
I’m saying this from experience.
When I walk into a gym, a store, a party — people treat me differently.
They bypass all those "rules" they’d normally apply.
It’s like:
You don’t need to prove yourself
You don’t need to wait
You don’t need to climb the social ladder
It’s messed up.
It’s not "fair."
But it’s real.
And before I close out, let me make one thing clear:
This email isn’t meant to make you feel bad.
I’m a deeply spiritual person.
I believe in energy, connection, presence, and love beyond appearances.
I encourage everyone to build charisma, emotional intelligence, and kindness.
But facts are facts.
We live in a visual world.
And in a visual world, people who take care of their body stand out.
They break the rules. They move differently. They get seen.
The beautiful part?
Anyone can get there.
You don’t have to be born with it.
You just have to choose it.
You don’t change the world — you change yourself.
And the world responds accordingly.
That’s it for this email.
I hope it opened your eyes a little.
Enjoy your Sunday — and keep building.
Kind regards,
Loc Nguyen
