- Most people prioritize the wrong things
Most people prioritize the wrong things
In my honest and humble opinion
Before you get angry and unsubscribe (which you totally can — the button's at the bottom of this email), just know:
I’m not here to offend you.
I’m here to tell the truth as I see it.
Alright — now back to roasting (just kidding… kind of 😅).
Because of how I grew up —
With anxiety, trauma from being bullied, and being the smallest kid in the room —
I was forced to focus on self-improvement.
If I hadn’t made the decision to fix my flaws, I would've ended up a depressed, invisible outcast.
I felt the pain of:
Having no friends
Having no social skills
Being picked on and beaten up
It sucked. But luckily, I made a choice early on:
To evolve. To grow. To rely on myself.
At first, I had to evolve just to become average.
But the thing is — I never stopped.
And I eventually became far above average in the areas I committed to.
I kept pushing my comfort zone — talking to strangers, leveling up socially.
I kept working out — reshaping my body and building presence.
And I always prioritized myself.
That doesn’t mean I ignored people I care about.
I always showed up for my friends and family.
But here’s the paradox:
The more I grew, the more I could give.
The stronger I became, the more I could support my environment.
But most people don’t live that way.
Most people never prioritize themselves.
They chase:
The dreams of others
The expectations of society
The approval of people they barely know
We’re told:
Pick a career
Climb the corporate ladder
Get a spouse
Have kids
Be a good citizen
All of that is about serving the outside world.
Where in that checklist is you?
Nowhere.
The individual disappears.
And what’s left is someone who feels like they followed the rules…
But still feels empty inside.
And the sad part?
Most won’t admit it.
My advice?
Start with your body.
Seriously.
Your body is probably the most neglected part of your life —
Because you’ve spent years prioritizing everyone but yourself.
But the body is the one thing you can’t refund.
Can’t buy back.
Can’t replace.
People underestimate how much value a good physique brings.
Not just for how others see you — but how you see you.
When you build a body you’re proud of:
You attract the partner you actually want (and who actually wants you)
You gain respect — at work, in public, everywhere
You feel purpose — because you're finally doing something for you
And that’s priceless.
That’s what makes life feel real again.
Is it vain?
Sure.
Does that matter?
Not at all.
If it makes life better — why wouldn’t you do it?
If you're ready to build the best version of yourself — without wasting 15 years like I did —
