Lose stubborn fat without counting calories.
Yes, in contrary to popular believe, you can indeed lose fat without counting calories.
Some of you have probably seen the recent thread I wrote that went viral.
(I’m on a roll, btw – two viral threads back to back. Sorry for bragging, but back to the subject).

So, I got a lot of pushback from that thread, with people saying the only way to lose fat is by counting calories.
Well, they’re not wrong... in a way.
But hear me out.
The whole point of counting calories comes down to one purpose: knowing what foods to eat and what not to eat.
If you’re eating two whole pizzas every f*cking day, do you really need to count the calories?
No.
If you’re eating air-fried chicken with vegetables and tons of fruit, do you really need to count calories?
Also no.
The reason why you want to count calories is to become aware of how many calories you’re actually eating.
In that way, yeah, counting calories can be important.
But let’s get real for a second.
You didn’t become overweight by eating salad and grilled chicken. You became overweight by having certain eating habits.
And I can assure you there are one or two (or maybe more) food items in your diet that you just need to swap out and replace with something healthier to lose weight.
For example: A lot of people eat Ben & Jerry’s ice cream before bed. Yep, tons of people do that.
Now, if those same people swap out the ice cream for Greek yogurt with fruit, they’ll lose weight.
Maybe you need to count calories once just to get a sense of what you’re eating. That, I can agree with.
But let’s not kid ourselves. Most people already know where they f*ck up.
