If You Don't Invest in Yourself, Nobody Will
Most things that are worthwhile in life are often things you have to pursue on your own.
Ain’t nobody going to force you to work out and eat healthy. Life is set up in such a way that the people who are healthy and look fit are getting all the benefits — but at the same time, nobody is going to assist you in getting healthy and fit.
That’s just the way the world is currently set up.
What kind of benefits do I mean with looking fit and being healthy? There are a lot, but let’s narrow it down to one specific benefit.
Attraction. Yep, we’re going there.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or a woman — in both cases, looking fit is a cheat code to being attractive to the opposite sex.
That’s exactly what I mean with the title of this email: “If you don’t invest in yourself, nobody will.”
It’s pretty obvious for women that looking fit is a massive cheat code, but somehow for men, it’s less common knowledge.
Somehow most men think that muscles don’t matter at all. Well… let me tell you something… they do.
There have been countless moments where I’ve attracted older women (older, fit, and good-looking women, may I add). Women who are married, too.
I’m nowhere near having the same amount of income as most of the men they’re married to. So why is this?
Well, if you think about it, attraction is a primal thing. It’s natural. There’s nothing natural about having a lot of numbers in your bank account.
Unless you want to get used for your money, I wouldn’t lead with your bank account.
And let’s be honest — most people want somebody who lusts for them.
Of course, there’s more to it than just building muscles.
Yes, your character and personality matter, but you can’t deny that being fit and looking fit will give you a massive advantage.
That’s all for this email.
Hope you had a nice weekend and enjoyed it! The first day of your week is probably over, so let’s crush it for the rest of the week!
Kind regards,
