How to build Attractive Aesthetic Body
The one thing that is most important in every person’s life is the one thing that gets the least amount of attention.
What is this one thing, you wonder? The search for your long-term or short-term partner (I won’t judge you).
This topic is discussed a lot more among women, but for the male population, it’s a bit more taboo to openly talk about. Yet, all men crave it deeply. And because I’m a man, this article will be more geared towards men. But if you’re a woman reading this, of course, feel free to dive in and get a little glimpse into the male psyche.
From the title, you already know what this article is about—building an attractive body. But before we get there, I want to share a few things. And it’s super important that you know this first before diving into the aesthetic body part.
Men Never Openly Discuss Attraction Nowadays
When it comes to attraction or getting women, men don’t openly discuss it with each other anymore. At least not in the real world—online is a different story. I’ll get back to that in a second.
In real life, men rarely talk openly about their struggles with women. Over the years, ever since social media became really big, I’ve noticed this change.
Whether it’s a coincidence or not, I don’t know. I’m just speaking from personal experience. And my personal experience isn’t limited to just a few friends—I’ve talked to a crap ton of dudes. So I have a pretty solid picture of how most men operate.
Yeah, they talk about women, but always in a superficial, visual way. Just the typical dude stuff like, “Do you know her? Her ass is fire.”
But they never, ever share their struggles with women openly. And that’s exactly what most guys struggle with. I get it—it’s hard, and it makes you look weak if you share that.
So what do dudes do when they have that problem but can’t talk about it? Well, as I foreshadowed before, they go online.
The Online World: Looks, Money, and Status
This is where most men mess up the whole attraction game—relying on internet advice from dudes who don’t cultivate real attraction in real life and just assume things.
If you’re a man and you’re on social media (which, let’s be real, you are if you’re under 50), you’ve 100% heard these four famous words: Looks, Money, and Status.
Yep, that’s supposedly the ultimate key to attracting women.
Work on your jawline, get millions in your bank, and have millions of followers. That’s when you’ll reach the top of the attraction scale. At least, that’s what the internet is trying to convince you of.
Oh, and believe me, they have convinced you. The stuff you see online gets etched into your subconscious.
Man, I have a lot to say on this topic, and so many people are falling into this trap. I can’t count on one hand the number of guys not influenced by this narrative. But I’ll spare you the details for another article—let’s talk about why this just doesn’t work.
Why Don’t Looks, Money, and Status Work?
For one simple reason: none of them trigger primal attraction.
Let’s be honest—you want someone who desires you, not just the stuff you own.
Looks, money, and status are all cultural, man-made things. They aren’t natural. Desire, lust, and sex, on the other hand, are biological. They are natural.
So if you attract someone with just those three things, you’ll never trigger real, primal attraction from women.
For real, do you think women look at Bill Gates and think, “I’m going to fuck the shit out of him?”
Hell no.
You could argue that it’s because of his looks. But believe me, my friend, even if Bill Gates had a model’s face with the same body, he still wouldn’t trigger that primal desire from a beautiful woman.
Which brings me to what actually works. And it’s way more powerful and a lot easier to develop.
Yep, You Guessed It—Your Physique
If we’re talking about desire, we’re talking about sex.
You’re not making love with your money or status (maybe with your looks, but still). You are making love with your body.
So your physique is the primary thing during sex. It’s only logical that women lust for your body.
Still don’t believe me?
Who’s the primary audience for Magic Mike? Who’s hiring male strippers? Where do women go on girls’ trips?
Yeah, I know. These aren’t things you probably want to think about. But you and I both know the primary reason for these things is the male physique.
I’m not saying you should drop your goal of making lots of money and just work out all the time. But if you’re hustling and making money solely to attract women, you’re doing it wrong.
The saying “No money, no honey” is pure BS.
The cleaner at my gym tells me this nearly every morning when we talk about women. I love him to death, but this statement is completely false.
If you have no physical presence, you get no play—or pity play.
It is what it is.
How to Build an Attractive Aesthetic Body
Although attraction is somewhat subjective, I have a strong opinion on what an attractive aesthetic body is.
But first, let’s talk about what an attractive body isn’t (in my honest opinion).
Overweight, skinny, and dad bods? Yeah, not attractive. No need to be an award-winning scientist to figure that out.
Actual dad bods aren’t attractive. Women sometimes say they like dad bods, but they have a skewed idea of what a dad bod actually is. Jason Momoa on vacation with a little extra body fat? Not a dad bod. That’s still an elite physique with slightly higher body fat. A real dad bod is a guy who’s let himself go and has a bulging stomach. Yeah, not attractive.
Big-ass bodybuilders. Controversial take, but hear me out. The current trend is extreme physiques like Sam Sulek and other bodybuilders on steroids. While some women might like it, most don’t. It looks excessive and unnatural.
Think of it like this: if you see a woman with over-the-top fake boobs, fake lips, and a massive BBL, you’d probably be turned off. Same concept applies to extreme bodybuilding.
Now, what actually is an attractive physique?
A decent amount of muscle (not too much) and lean. Think Tyler Durden, but just a little more muscular.
A physique I personally admire is Adam Chang. His proportions are amazing, he looks lean and straight-up sexy (no homo). Most importantly, it looks natural and attainable—because it actually is.

That doesn’t mean it’s easy. It takes hardcore training and a nearly perfect diet. No room for fuck-ups.
Next, let’s dive into the key factors to achieving that physique:
The muscle groups to focus on.
The body fat percentage you should aim for.
The Muscle Groups to Focus On
Although you want to train your whole body, there are some muscle groups you should focus on a little more. These muscles are the shoulders, traps, and back.
Why? Because they help create that elusive V-shape physique.
A lot of people think of shoulders as an afterthought instead of a key part of their physique, but in reality, shoulders are what truly create that V-shape body, especially the width added by the side delts.
If you add in back workouts, you’ll build an even better-looking V-shape because your broad shoulders flow into a wide, well-developed back.
So Why Train Your Traps Too?
Why even include them?
Well, peeps, I’m going to share something that almost nobody talks about when it comes to aesthetics. This is a hidden superpower if you focus on it.
If you look at physiques that most people (including myself) consider attractive and aesthetic, like the legendary Zyzz and the guy I just mentioned, Adam Chang, you’ll notice something—they both have well-developed traps.

The trap muscles connect from the shoulders to the neck and add that finishing touch to your upper body aesthetics. They create a long, strong look rather than the blocky, wide look that most bodybuilders have.
By combining shoulder + back + trap training, you’ll build an elite physique.
Key Exercises to Build It:
Back:
Pull-ups or Lat Pulldowns
Wide-Grip Pulldown
Close-Grip Pulldown
Cable Rows
Shoulders:
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises
Cable Rear Delt Raises
Dumbbell Overhead Press
Traps:
Dumbbell Shrugs
Of course, you want to train your full body, not just these exercises. But focusing on these muscle groups a little more will sculpt your body into an elite, aesthetic shape.
For the full list of exercises go here:
The body fat percentage you should aim for?
You could do all the exercises and really focus on that, but let’s be real here—if you look at the pictures I’ve shared in this article, these guys are lean. Like very lean.
In modern terms, they might be considered unattainably lean.
But that’s all relative, and that’s a topic for another article.
The body fat percentage you really want to aim for to get that look is at most 15%.
15% body fat is the maximum you want to be at.
Those guys have very little fat on them—even their midsection is almost devoid of fat, which means they’re probably sitting around 12% or lower, because fat around the waist is the last to go.
Around that level of body fat is also the sweet spot for attraction.
Why?
Because around that amount of body fat, males tend to be the healthiest. Everything revolves around health, man. And most people nowadays are 100% unhealthy.
So how do you get there?
Dieting, man.
Or in other words, just eating healthy. It’s really that simple. The modern diet is so bad that you become unhealthy by default. It’s only called “dieting” and has that label because everybody already has unhealthy eating habits.

Final Words
The base of your attraction should always be your body.
Your body should be your vehicle for attraction—not your actual vehicle.
People who rely on external stuff like status and money are just borrowing attraction and confidence. And whether it’s real attraction is even debatable.
You could also argue that your body is something external—and yeah, that’s true—but at least it’s something that’s truly yours, and you can’t really lose it (unless you stop taking care of it, of course).
But let me repeat what I’ve said earlier:
Your body should be your base, but you should also stack on other things like your charisma and social skills.
Which I happen to have articles on too:
Thanks for reading this article! Hopefully, it helps you out—or at least opens your eyes a bit.
