Hi there! Loc here, just swinging by.

Been a while, friend :)

Hey there, it’s been a while.

I’ve been pretty busy lately, and life didn’t exactly go the way I wanted. Long story short—it’s tough running a business while also trying to fix other areas of your life.

Even though I knew it would be hard, I went for it anyway. Well… let’s just say things didn’t really move the way I hoped, and I hit a bit of burnout. So, I had to ease off the gas for a while and bring in some extra income elsewhere to take some pressure off.

But that doesn’t mean I’m quitting. I’m just dialing things down a little, figuring out how to optimize, and reassessing where my energy should go.

The lesson here? Life usually doesn’t go exactly as planned, but you have to pivot and keep going. And that’s exactly what I’m doing.

Yes, I’m still working on my business.
Yes, I’m still working on other areas of my life.

What do I mean by other areas? My relationships, my social skills, my mental health, and my spiritual well-being.

What can you take from this for your own life?

Whatever obstacles come your way, you will get through them—as long as you don’t quit. Maybe you need to slow down in certain areas, but don’t lose momentum completely.

Progress might be slower, but it’s still way better than quitting altogether.

Another lesson? Work on all aspects of your life, not just one. That’s something I’ve really come to realize.

If you become too one-dimensional—say, you only focus on fitness—you might forget about other things that make life fulfilling.

Take relationships, for example. A lot of people work hard on their business and fitness but end up neglecting the social side of life.

And the funny part? Many of them build their businesses in the first place to gain more social opportunities, respect, and recognition.

When, in reality, they could’ve just started talking to more people and building connections right away.

Sometimes, I think the world is both funny and weird. People don’t always think about why they do things—they just follow trends and do what’s popular online.

That’s it for this email! Expect more consistent updates from me moving forward—I just need to find my groove in this new routine.

Kind Regards,
Loc Nguyen
