Hi there! Loc here just flying by.

Wishing you a great start to your week.

Hey Friend!

Hope you had a great weekend.

This weekend, I went off the grid and drank a whole bunch of alcohol.
Yes, I am human too.

I can tell you one thing:
I am not drinking that much ever again, and going out is definitely not my thing.

I used to love going out and drinking, but what I’ve noticed is that I need to be drunk like an idiot to really enjoy it.
I’d rather sit in a lounge than be in an overcrowded club or bar.

That being said, I want to share something with you today.

Some of you might want to be ready for summer—get a six-pack and really rock it this year.
If that’s you, you should start right now.

Abs are made in the kitchen and the gym, but it takes at least three months, depending on where you're starting.

The first thing you need to do to reach your goal is lose weight because abs only show below a certain body fat percentage.

You can read this article here on how to do it:

The second thing you need to do is ignore all ab routine videos.

I will say this until my last breath:
Most ab routine videos are total garbage.

Well, not all of them, but the majority are.

The only ones that aren’t trash are the ones that only contain cable ab crunches and hanging leg raises.

Those are the only exercises you’ll ever need to get abs.
Honestly.

I’ve done all the ab routine videos for years without making real progress.

Until I just stuck with cable crunches and hanging leg raises.

Why don’t ab routine videos work?

Because they don’t allow for progressive overload, proper contraction/flexion, and rest.

That’s it for this email!

Hope you crush it this week and keep going.

You got this.

Kind Regards,
Loc Nguyen.
