Hi! Loc here, just flying by to wish you a good weekend.

Have a nice weekend, enjoy it, but keep progressing!

Depending on your timezone, it might already be the weekend for you.

Nonetheless, I wish you a great weekend!

You probably had a rough week or maybe an amazing one, and now you’re ready to enjoy your weekend.

Fridays and Saturdays are official days to let loose a bit.

Believe it or not, I let loose as well.

Whether you go out, have some drinks, or do something else—
do what makes you feel good!

But!

Be aware of your habits.

Don’t fall into the trap of doing the same things week after week:
Getting drunk on the weekend, feeling hungover the entire time, and then resetting for another week of the same routine.

Before you know it, 10 years will have flown by, you’re 20 lbs heavier, struggling with health issues, and wondering where all the time went.

I have nothing against drinking or letting loose once in a while.

But be conscious of it and aware of your actions.

I drink too—about once a month.

And when I drink, I go flying to the moon.

By “flying to the moon,” I mean puking at 4 a.m.

But I’m fully aware of what it does to my body and my health.

That being said, have a great weekend, and don’t forget to keep working out.
