Just flying by to wish you a great start to your week.

Despite preaching online about being healthy and becoming the best version of yourself, at the end of the day, we’re all human.

That was my way of introducing the fact that I drank a crap ton of alcohol this weekend.

Haha, yep—I’m human too.

But even though I was hungover on Sunday, I still went to the gym.

And man, I have to tell you… even a 10-pound dumbbell hurt my head.
Oh, and I almost puked at the gym.

So much for being cool and tough by working out while hungover as FUCK.

Okay, let’s bring it back to you.

What I want to get across here is that no matter how you feel or what’s going on in your life, your fitness should be non-negotiable.

You don’t have to be perfect all the time, but at the very least, you have to stay consistent.

Even if you have zero motivation to go to the gym—just go.

The very fact that you went despite your situation levels up something you can’t see with the naked eye.

Your discipline.

I intentionally went to the gym despite feeling like total dog doodoo, just to level up my mindset and self-discipline.

Yes, having fun here and there is good for your soul and mind (not so much the body, haha), but keep it to a minimum and keep working to become a better version of yourself.

Always remember—you have one body on this planet, and you need to take care of it to the best of your ability.

Nobody else is going to do it for you.

And if you let your body go, your mind, soul, and mentality go with it. It’s not either-or.

A strong body is a strong mind—one can’t thrive without the other.

So keep working at it!
