Everything is habit based.

Transform Your Life with the Right Habits

Everything we do is a habit.

From the way you look to the way you think—it’s all habit-based.

I used to believe that we were born with personalities and characteristics set in stone.

You’re born skinny, so you’ll stay skinny.
You’re shy as a child, so you’ll always be shy.
You have social anxiety, so you’ll always struggle with it.

Not only did I believe that, but I embodied it.

I was socially anxious.
I was shy.
I was skinny.
(And, funnily enough, I was also overweight at one point!)

Was it because I was born this way? I used to think so.

But now I see it more clearly because I’ve proven that idea wrong. I’ve broken the false narrative that I was destined to remain shy, skinny, or socially anxious.

Looking back, those traits weren’t set in stone—they were the result of habits.
Consistently avoiding people? That built my shyness and social anxiety.
Eating too little? That built my skinny physique.

To change, I had to consciously take action to steer my life in a new direction.

I built new habits:

  • The habit of talking to strangers to grow my social confidence.

  • The habit of working out to transform my body.

  • The habit of eating more protein to fuel my growth.

It all came down to habits.

Even a victim mentality—blaming others for your misfortunes—is just a habit.
But the simple habit of looking inward, asking yourself, What could I have done differently?, will shift your mindset from victim to victor.

The older we get, the more ingrained our habits become, and the harder it is to unlearn them. That’s why it’s so challenging to get fit later in life—you’re not just fighting bad habits, you’re also learning a whole new domain of health and fitness.

If you find yourself in this situation, let me help.
