Being Physically Fit Has Unseen Benefits

These Are Things That Fit People Experience

Let’s be honest here.

Most people are average, and the definition of average is pretty damn bad.

This is the average person: overweight, no muscle tone, sits all day, has no ambition, and is physically unappealing.

Harsh? Yeah. But it’s the truth.

Modern life has made everything so easy that laziness and gluttony are the norm nowadays.

I don’t want to sound like an asshole, but you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know that shit ain’t attractive.

For those who don’t know—yeah, I’m pretty ripped and carry a lot of muscle (not relative to actual bodybuilders, and I don’t aspire to be one). And no, I’m not here to toot my own horn, but I need to prove a point.

There are a ton of benefits I experience daily that have become normal for me, and I never really stopped to realize that most people don’t experience them at all.

So, I want to share them with you. Let’s get into it.

1. Attractiveness Shoots Through the Roof

Look, there’s a lot of nuance here.

A lot.

But let’s not bullshit—the first thing anyone notices about someone is their body and face.

It’s impossible to see someone’s personality at first glance.

Yes, personality matters, but let’s be real—humans are highly influenced by visual appearance.

Especially in this modern social media era.

So, you either use that to your advantage and stand out from the crowd by looking fit, or you just blend in with the rest.

2. Respect Comes Right Out of the Gate

Normally, respect is earned through consistent effort, dedication, and loyalty.

But if you look fit, you get that respect instantly.

You know the saying, right? If you respect yourself, others will respect you.

If you’re in shape, people assume you’re disciplined and reliable.

If you can take care of yourself at the highest level, they assume that you’re that person.

Because you are.

3. Other Areas of Your Life Will Improve Too

You probably already know about growth mindset vs. fixed mindset.

The average person has a fixed mindset—the “I can’t change” mindset.

Fit people? They all have a growth mindset.

Think about it—you’re literally growing your muscles with nothing but sheer willpower and strength.

You see yourself changing in the mirror every single day.

That’s undeniable proof that if you put in the work, you can grow and morph into the person you want to be.

And guess what? That mentality seeps into every other area of your life.

That’s why I put fitness at the top of my priority list—because it’s the foundation for everything else.

The truth is, life just gets easier when you’re fit.

The world treats you better, and shit just seems to fall into place a little easier.

Maybe your journey started with pure vanity—just wanting to look good. And guess what? That’s totally fine.

That’s exactly how I started.

But over time, your reason will evolve.

And I won’t lie—it feels fucking great to look good, be respected, and be attractive to the people around you.

Just keeping it raw and real with you.
