Being fit is where it all starts.

I’d rather be broke and fit than rich and fat.

Nowadays, people would rather be rich and fat than broke and fit.

Well…
Not broke.

Nobody wants to be broke.

The point I’m making here is that people today prioritize making a lot of money over being fit and healthy.

Don’t get me wrong—money is important.

But what I see, especially among men, is that money and luxury are being put on a pedestal above everything else.

And sure, on the other end of the spectrum, you have extreme fitness influencers and bodybuilders who push the narrative that muscles are everything.

I’ll be real—I tend to lean more toward that side.

Because even though muscles and fitness aren’t everything, being fit will solve most of your problems.

Here’s why:

✅ If you’re fit, your health improves.
You’re far less likely to develop chronic diseases or struggle with movement as you age.

✅ If you’re fit, people respect you more.
It takes discipline and commitment to get in great shape. People recognize that instantly, and it earns you respect—which opens more doors for you.

✅ If you’re fit, your attraction skyrockets.
You’ll feel more confident, look better, and naturally attract people. And let’s be honest—your sex life will be way better.

What about money?

Money only fixes your financial situation.

It won’t make you more attractive to the opposite sex—maybe other men respect you more, but let’s be real, they respect your resources, not you.

Again, I’m not demonizing money or wealth.

I’m just pointing out the obvious—because social media has brainwashed you to believe the opposite.

Fitness and health should always be your #1 priority.

And if it is but you don’t know how to start—or you feel overwhelmed by all the noise out there…
