Being and looking fit is a cheat code

Despite what you see online, there really aren’t a lot of fit people walking around—especially in Western societies.

For those who don’t know, I live in the Netherlands. For a long time, the Netherlands has been considered one of the healthiest countries in the world—or at least somewhere near the top.

Well… if that’s true, I honestly don’t want to know how bad the rest of the world is.

Everywhere I go, I see a lot of overweight people. At first, I didn’t really notice it, because the only environments I was spending time in were the gym and my workplace (so yeah, if you live like a hermit crab, your environment kind of becomes your world).

But lately, I’ve actively chosen to leave the house more—going to the beach, checking out different spots, etc. And boy (or girl)... let me tell you, there really aren’t a lot of fit people walking this planet.

An overwhelming majority is overweight, and the rest are either super skinny or have barely any muscle. If you don’t believe me, I highly suggest scanning your environment next time you go outside.

You’ll quickly notice that most people do jack shit for their own health and body. Which is insane to me.

Most things in life are replaceable, but the one thing that isn’t—your body and your health—gets neglected the most.

What used to be a necessity is now a cheat code for life. So if you want to stand out from the crowd, have more energy than 99% of the population, get more respect, and attract more of the opposite sex…

Just work out. Trust me—your life will change.

That’s it for this email. Hope you found it somewhat motivating. My coaching is currently on hold, but I’ll resume it in the near future. If you have any questions regarding fitness, feel free to reply to this email.

I’m back to replying now after settling into my current situation, so I won’t leave you hanging.

Kind regards and much love,
Loc Nguyen
